Our service aims to provide high-quality care following the National Quality Framework and provide an environment which will offer children many opportunities to develop physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.
We are part of the national Sporting Schools Program, and as such, have a focus on healthy eating and physical activity, and all children are actively encouraged to participate in a wide range of sports clinics. Homework and snack time is also incorporated into our daily program.

St Joseph’s Payneham OSHC. works in partnership with families, school and the wider community to provide children’s educational and care services during out of school hours. We value our unique heritage, and we work towards creating a better world for the future.
Before School Care: 7:00am to 8:30am
(Reception and Pre-Schoolers till 8:45am and are walked to class)
After School Care: 3:00pm to 6pm
Vacation Care: 7:30am to 6pm
FEES
Before School Care: 7:00am – 8:30am $12.00 per child per session
After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:00pm $19.00 per child per session
Vacation Care: 7:30am – 6:00pm $68.00 per child per day
Bookings are required to be made/cancelled by 5pm the day prior.
Late booking fees and Cancellation Fees apply.
Child care benefits are available by applying through Centrelink for a child care rebate, which in turn will reduce the fees.
A 2023 enrolment form needs to be completed and returned to the front office or to OSHC staff prior to making bookings.
The Spike Parent App, allows you to book and view your child’s bookings, immunisation status, health and dietary conditions as well as your invoices and statements.
Via the app we will also be able to send messages, activities (including photos), notes and alerts.
